Johnstone dorm should have been condemned years ago. They put me in that piece of **** when I went there for an honors summer camp in early high school. I vowed to never even think of going to Clemson after that.

This is a very common problem on college campuses and is not particular to just Clemson.
As for Johnstone, it was very old and was torn down. However, ask many Clemson students and they'll tell you that they hold many fond memories of Johnstone. It was a classic ...
Clemson's campus is a beautiful place and is being upgraded every single day.
