Good, maybe this will help him show a little explosiveness/power around the hoop.
One of my most repeated screams at the tv last season, "DUNK THE BALL SEAN!!! NO, DON'T LAY IT UP!!"

The way Sean lost his touch last year was baffling. His freshman year, everything he threw up went in. Last year, he rolled out more layups than anyone in the history of the game.
You could really tell that injuries and fatigue were nagging him all of last year. A lot of ignorant fans likened it to "laziness" -- but, Sean doesn't seem like the lazy type to me. If he can make a play, then he will.
I think improved conditioning will make Sean the best big man in the ACC. Injuries will suddenly become less of a factor and he'll be able to go for longer stretches at a time. Add in the fact that we have another big body to bang down low and I look for Sean to have a great year next year.

I think Sean will be a MAJOR factor this year. Rumblings about Grant playing, Jawad with a renewed commitment to his play, the addition of MW, all add up to Sean having a lot more room to do his thing. A foot injury is a tough thing to recover from, mentally and physically. I would think he is not worried about it any more now that time has passed. Tis good to be a Heel....
