Who else is ecstatic at his level of TEAM play?? I can't say anything else... I love watching him pump the fans up before the tip, jumping out of his seat when the reserves make an outstanding play, waving the towel above his head, cheering the fans on, making the extra pass to someone else under the hoop for an easy 2.

I am loving this -- but there is a part of me that is wary. Rashad has shown that he can be a team player when the team is doing well, but how will he handle it when the team struggles? I think that will test how much he has truly matured.

In the meantime, I am as ecstatic as you with what I'm seeing. Keep it up!
