How come Penn State's football team has never play at Virginia Tech and Virginia Tech's football team has never played at Penn State?

The two tried to get something together a few years ago. TV didn't like the idea though. I dunno why not. I think it could be a good series.

I would love the idea of playing Penn State in the near future. I would like to see Tech play Paterno's team before he does retire. They would make a really good series if these teams met quite often. Another reason I would like to see them play Penn State is because they battle each other for many recruits and it would be nice to see who could win the battle.
