Instead of all this talk of players leaving early, let's talk about how the seniors will fare in the NBA...

Obviously the best prospect is Jawad. But you don't hear much hype about him(or perhaps he's just overshadowed by the Juniors and Melvin). But I think he'd do great in the league, especially if he can improve on his 3-point shot more.

Jackie can't score, so he probably won't make it in the NBA. As sad as it is for me to say this, it's probably the truth. If he were taller and stronger, things might be different, but as it stands Jackie will either end up in the NBDL or Europe.

Melvin probably won't make it in the NBA either. He isn't a good enough shooter to make it on his shot alone. Sadly, I think Melvin will end up in Europe as well.

I guess this wasn't as positive as I thought... but when was the last time we had any NBA prospects? Lang and Capel? Haywood? It's nice to be sending players to the league again!

Well, so much for that...

<a href='http://northcarolina.scout.com/2/367754.html' target='_blank'>"Jackie Manuel: Was the star of the early evening contest, with a game-high 22 points for Beach Barton Ford in an 86-81 losing effort. Manuel filled up the stat line shooting 10-of-12 from the field, 2-of-3 at the free throw line and posting 6 rebounds, 4 blocks, 2 assists and 1 steal."</a>
