It's good to see Marvin get his payday. I read an article about him before he ever donned Carolina blue that showed how mature he was in high school and how devoted he is to his mother. Hopefully, he can now give her some financial comfort.

It may be a rocky road for him on the court this year, though. But, he has the ability. If he hangs in there and works hard, then he'll be successful.
