Yes, along with Barry Bales of Union Station, Adam Steffey of Mountain Heart (formerly of Union Station), etc. etc. etc.

The Bluegrass and Country Music major has produced quite a few Grammy winners.

I'm a big fan of the Bluegrass and Country music major, though I think Kenny Chesney is a HORRIBLE forefront figure.

Forget Brokeback Mountain- ETSU produced the original gay cowboy!

Meaning Chesney is a happy person, of course.
