I'm not sure who did that. It's a shame because their Radio/TV network for sports were responsible for alot of the SoCon promos for the tourney that you would see.

Appy State did that. They don't deny it. They say it was a kind of joke for alumni during their caravan not a promo to lure students to the school. Either way it is pretty stupid but very very funny.
