This team has 3 folks that were starting or playing significant time when DeChellis was here, Smith, Rhoda, Nuckles. Does anyone believe either of these three are playing better now, 3 seasons later?

Player development seems to be a foreign thought.

Our team has slipped since Bartow has arrived. Same or better talent with horrible results last year and the start of this year. http://www.firebartow.com

And the frustrating thing is that we have the talent. Why is our defense this bad?

Excellent point, BucDoctor. And to answer your question...I don't think they've improved. I think Rhoda and Nuckles definitely have all conference potential, esp. in the ASUN.

With regard to our 'D', I'm completely perplexed. I watched that Radford game and at one point wondered if we would ever make a defensive stop. Bartow's responses to our atrocious 'D' bothers me too. He just seems blaze and complacent. What will it take to light a fire under this man?
