I googled him and only found a Micah Williams that plays for a Tri State Univ in IN (i think) so I presume this isnt him 03-wink

I guess one can never have to many guards, but we need BIG people.

No kidding. Maybe Bartow's looking for a Rhoda-esque type of player? A sort of multi-dimensionial 3-man. Just a guess. I'm with you '98, we need some size inside. Especially with Sneed graduating. I think I heard Bartow say on "Inside Buc Sports" that he was going to sign 3 in the early signing period and keep the remaining scholarship for the right pick.

After weeks of speculation and wonder we have finally, officially confirmed that Coffee County wing Micah Williams has committed to ETSU.

The athletic Williams is a great get for the Buccaneers if he plays with the passion and intensity that he is capable of. The enigmatic Manchester product had "high major" moments but would often disappear during huge stretches of the game. This was a concern, but his athleticism and attiude were not. Micah is a great young man who will take the coaching from ETSU mentor Murray Bartow and his outstanding staff and flourish on the next level.

Williams, who has played his summer ball with the Tennessee Travelers, will try to take his Coffee County squad to the region, but will be hard pressed to do so.

Williams will need to get more confidence in his outside game to be the player he needs to be to compete in the Atlantic Sun. His perimeter skills are good, but he will need to work to become the player that everyone can see inside of him.

The talent this young man possess could make him a steal for the Bucs and he could become a future all-conference athlete if he focuses on his shortcomings and gives 100% in all facets of the game.

I have no doubt Williams will be this player and make all the high majors that shied away wish they would have pulled the trigger on him.
