We still cannot defend. We're letting them shoot at too high of percentage. We get Bo McCaleb with 4 fouls with 10 minutes to go and we can't get him to foul out and he hads 10+ points!

Daniel Emerson still hasn't impressed me. Every time he puts the ball down and dribbles.... just count on a turnover.

Brazelton snapped back very well... I was relieved to see that.

Clee was rusty, but appeared to be fully healthy. He came through in the end when we needed him most!

galojay,

Did you watch the game? I only listened to Big Red Radio stream, which means I have no idea how we really played. 03-hissyfit

Student are back on campus, but did they show for the game? Although I'd prefer a larger margin of victory, it sounded like a great game for the home crowd.

Yes, lots of defensive lapses... and is it me or did they seem to come late into the shotclock?

Daniel Emerson still hasn't impressed me. Every time he puts the ball down and dribbles.... just count on a turnover.

I agree. But I still thought he played a pretty decent game today. (The threes, the assist when practically laying on his back, and I thought that there were a couple of times when he was in a situation where he would have turned it over in earlier games but he seemed to be able to pass out of it.) Emerson is just a sophmore. I really believe he is going to have a game one of these days where the light just goes on and he figures out to catch the ball and put it in the hole.

He will be better next year and better still the year after that.

Brazelton snapped back very well... I was relieved to see that.

There was a boost for students, but still about 1/3 to 1/2 empty in the student section. The crowd got pretty loud for the back to back dunks.
