I am curious as to what some the MAC baseball fans think of the current group of conference umpires? It seems to me that many of the older established guys are doing primarily Big 10 and just a few MAC games, leaving us with alot of guys that think the game is all about them (the umpires). I am not saying this is the majority or anything, but there are certainly a number that are not very good, especially when it comes to handling game situation and people management and professionalism.
I have seen a certain umpire "bait" fans before a game even started as well as a few that have ears bigger than a jackrabbit, just to name a few. Any comments from other MAC baseball fans?
