OT-Sir Graves Passes Away
Growing up in the shadow of Detroit, many of my Saturday's were tuned to Channel 2 watching Lawson T. Demings better known as Sir Graves Ghastly. His show ran from 1967-1983 featuring Universal horror classics
along with early Japanese science fiction(Starman).Demings died in at a nursing home in Cleveland from congestive heart failure at the age of 94.His career started in Cleveland which produced other movie hosts such as Big Chuck & Little John and Ghoulardi.

Ah, I remember Sir Graves well too. When we were kids we watched him all the time. Cheesey as it was, it was classic and it is an era we will never see again. RIP Sir Graves.

PS -- I really miss The Ghoul...although during a roadtrip last year to Akron (or two years ago?) I did catch The Son of Ghoul. Weird, but not in the same class as The Ghoul.
