I guess Daddy gets to see him ride the pine for four years at a big time school instead of watching him ride the pine at a mid-major. 03-melodramatic

Exactly, the kid is not too bright. Obviously he cares more about being on the team of a high-major and sitting the bench all four years than playing for a mid-major program like Loyola that went out of their way to recruit him for two years. If Illinois is relying on kids like this to win a NC, then they better keep on waiting. The kid would have been ranked a two-star were it not for his name.

It's a bit of a stretch to indicate the Illini are "relying" on some one who they didn't even offer a scholarship.

Your jealousy is petty.

It's a decision that doesn't make sense if he wants to get any meaningful PT. A few years back Kareem Abdul Jabaar's son played at Valparaiso and got sizeable minutes. He likely could have been a walk on at UCLA but actually playing at a mid major was more important to him that just wearing a jersey of a higher profile program. Will be interesting to see if Jordan finishes all 4 years at Ilinois

From what I've heard, Jordan Jr would be hard-pressed to find PT at a non-BCS school.

(which I think is what moe was alluding to)
