Profile --> Timezone / Date Format

Date Format should be: d M Y h:i a

Timezone: (EST = GMT -4 due to daylight savings ... add -1 for each timezone west of Eastern)

What was weird is that if I was not logged in, the date/time was fine. When I logged in it was like 0707070
