Thank you Miami, NIT, and NCAA for robbing Akron!!!
Hey, they tell me to just be happy with being robbed. They tell me to give it up. They tell me soooo what. So Thank YOU!
Akron be happy that you won 26 games, QUIT WHINING!!!
Akron be happy that you're even in the news cause I RATHER HEAR about KENT STATE, Quit Whining!
Akron be happy that you had the honor of watching LEBRON's TEAMMATES for the last four years, QUIT WHINING
You Lost, is over with...no you're not going to get a trophy! No you're not going to go to the NIT Tournament! And in all truth and honesty you shouldn't cause you unoriginal thieves lost to a 17-14 team in the CHAMPIONSHIIP FOR CHRIST SAKES!
Smile and Deal, nobody cares! It's back to being horrible now for the next 50 years

I think Akron and Kent were robbed from the NIT. I'm sure both teams are btter or at the least of similar ability to Depaul (18-13), Georgia(18-13), Providence (18-12), NC St(19-15). i Have no doubt these teams will win a game or two (and prove the doubters wrong) but they will only do so as long as the NIT committee gives them home games.
Akron and or Kent could have won a game or two in this tournament with home games. No 20 win team from the MAC should ever be excluded from postseason.
As far as Akron being screwed at Miami though. It was interesting. I went back and watched the film of the game and noticed that on the foul that sent Middleton to the line, the clock ran long. He was fouled, the whistle blew, the refs arm raised and I looked at the clock. There should have been 7.8 seconds on the clock. Not 6.6. I'm not sure if the refs went back that far the night of the game to determine they had .6 left but it actually worked out the way it should have.
And for those who think I am saying this to bash Akron, it is the farthest thing from the truth. I am always for sending the best representative in the conference to postseason play. It is and will be our best chance to win games. I just thought it was interesting that no one has looked back 1.2 seconds earlier.

As much as i hated to lose i agree w/ you on all accounts. Never mind the barking dog behind the house, he apparently hasn't been fed in awhile ;-)
