They were there. Not only did I hear them via FSN, I saw a couple camera shots of them late in the game. Also when all the KSU students were giving the middle finger towards the stands they were directed towards the Rowdies. But that is besides the point.
I liked the physical play of the game. That is the way a title should be decided IMO. It was a tough and gritty game that fans enjoyed and it should have been on a national stage.
If all the MAC tournament games are going to be like this we are all in for one heck of a tournament. Good luck Flashes in your game Thursday night!
Funny though there wern't quite as many as last year.. Hmm, wonder why?? But at least you brought a few more to the football game in Oct.

Why wonder, isn't it obvious, the game was sold out and it decided who was going to be the MAC East Champion. Ticket availability was not as plentiful this year as it was last year when Akron came to town. But anyway, Good Luck Flashes against WMU or NIU.

I don't know what you are talking about.
Read the front page of the Beacon today.

If you think this is promising, I'd like to sell you some potential ocean front land just a little west of San Diego. ( mmucha will know what land I'm talking about.)
Look, eventually UA will replace the RB because it will fall down. And, I know the bind you are in with the State of Ohio. How can you build a new stadium and raise tuition at the same time? I get that these are not meant for the same things, but the optics are not good at all. Plus, this violates the sacred rule of thumb to not annunce a project until 2/3 of the funding is complete and a definite go forward plan for the remaining 1/3. That's why so many announcements are made with a photo session with a shovel in the ground. From a distance, it looks like the UA announcement was made on a wish and a prayer.
oldfan's got the word on the street that you guys are in trouble on this. May not be at all true, and of course you have to eventually build a new stadium, but nothing in this article to offer any comfort.

As much as you seem to not want us to get a new stadium...we are going to get a new stadium.
Other than being argumentative, I don't know what you are trying to prove.

I just re-read the Beacon article again. I really can't see why you don't think this is going to happen....other than being from Kent. ;-)
