UB was down by 2 to BG and had the ball for the last possession. There was about a second between the game clock and the shot clock.

Well...UB just handed the ball off and basically got off some highly contested shot which didn't hit the rim...and the game was over. BG left the court. But after reviewing the shot clock, they gave UB 0.6 seconds. However, BG stayed in the locker room a long time...and were assessed a technical foul. Idbihi stepped up and hit two free throws and now they are in overtime.

Very crazy.

haha nice double post. funny thing is, why the hell would BG leave the floor, obviously the game can't end on a shot clock violation. otherwise, the shot clock wouldn't be on!!!

Dakich is the biggest joke in college basketball. He turnsdown West Virginia a top 25 program in the BE and ran BGSU into the ground. Dakich is a jerk, but this incident wasn't his fault. It does make the MAC look like a joke though. The officiating is minor-league enough without this kind of thing happening and getting publicity.
