balsamic kangaroo stew...
# 2 pounds of roo meat (mascot ok)

# 1 can stewed tomatoes

# 1 can cream of mushroom soup

# 1 pkg. baby carrots

# 6 potatoes

# 1 small pkg. tapioca pudding

# 1 can tomato juice

# sliced celery

# onions

# green beans

place all the ingredients in casserole dish and cover with foil .bake at 250 degrees for 6 hours ..eat hearty, and jump to the moon...

i got this from a roo cook book ..this is in case you can catch one in a couple weeks.... lmfao lmfao 02-13-banana

I am surprised at you Oldfan. I thought you might follow a simpler recipe like this:

Roast Roo

1 roo skinned
Place on a spit
Salt and pepper to taste
Roll in garlic powder

Cook over open flame until tender while rotating (usually 2-4 hours)

Do not waste good garlic

Cook til squealing stops
Lower heat and hope for more squealing 6 hours min.
Transport to Cleveland Zoo
Go to hyena pen

Flashing is too sudden. Alive on the spit is much more fitting for a roo. No one is going to eat it anyway. 05-stirthepot
