Forget Krzyzewskiville...Welcome to Reggie-ville
The Pittsburgh Panthers take their number 2 national ranking on the road this saturday to call on the UB Bulls. As this is the highest ranked team ever to play Buffalo, they are pulling out all the stops (which, apparently means showing up in name only @ Tulane yesterday, but I digress...)

Reggie-Ville is here and will start Friday afternoon in front of Alumni Arena. You can read all about it below:

http://www.ubfan.com/install2/modules.ph...pic&t=5312

The game is sold out (and then some). I just hope we are within single-digits with 10 minutes to go.

By the way, before the inevitable response occurs from several posters at other MAC schools mocking UB for this by saying "We've hosted the #1 team eight times since 1990 and have never done anything as [fill in your own word here] as this", consider three things:

1. We should be more supportive of each others' attempts to increase interest in the sports programs at member schools

2. With six wins already this year, UB has surpassed their win total from three seasons this decade.

3. Um...have you seen our football team? Give us this...

Go Bulls! ;-)

FYI, The game's on TV. Locally, it's on WNGS - Channel 67 over the air TV, 11 on cable and 7.2 over the air HDTV. That's the channel that showed the BE football game of the week, so if you have a local station that showed BE football games, you might be able to watch this game.

It's also on Fox Sports Pittsburgh, Sports Net New York (Mets channel), Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (Washington Nationals channel) and ESPN Full Court.

Hopefully UB shows something worth watching.

We were debating an O'Sheaville complete with Yatch's on the Hocking earlier this summer. Gotta get some pics of the Tents at UB today if anyone had the balls to pull this off. I'll be impressed.

Yeah, I'd be more impressed by the Duke students if they weren't being served wine and cheese by their waiters while camping.
