Too many.

Had a job interview there one time.

The big pile of old tires near downtown was very impressive!

And your felons don't go to school...you just elect them to office!
lmfao lmfao

Notice how the jobs are in the Mahoing Valley. The tires untrue. The only place you would see that is down by the steel mills.

Unfortunately working in baseball, I have to be in Akron way too much. Although Canal Park is beautiful, that's it. There's nothing else left in the town to do. My advice to Akron would be to go to Mahoning Valley, and look at all the restaurants and bars that surround Eastwood Field, go to Reading and look at all the things to do around fist energy field.

Well that wouldn't be very good advice.

And the interview was in 1981...so I wouldn't get any delusions about your economy.

I had the unfortunate experience of going to Youngstown a few times in my old job as a news reporter. The stories I did were always about the loss of jobs, trying to get the Saturn plant...the mill parking lots overgrown with weeds...and then there's Jim Trafficant. A beautiful representative of your city that you nimrods kept electing to office. A very depressing place.

Now, you've got Capri Cafaro...and they'll keep electing her too.

Yeah, a real delight.

But that's OK, you just keep hoping...maybe some day your wishes will come true.

We are Nimrods for electing him? Let's see he only brought to this area every highway we have, a professional baseball team, eastwood field, The Chevy Convocation Centre, Kept the United States Air Force Base here, kept steel mills open, saved a helpless German mans life, was railroaded by our government, not a lick of evidence against him. Then there is Capri Cafaro, who has never been elected to an office in her life. The terrible democrats hand her the office, she's terrible just like the democrats. Capri Cafaro's father JJ was given immunity to testify against Trafficant. So the great jurors believe some lying scum bag who should be in jail and convict Trafficant on charges where there was no evidence against him. So now without a congressman like Trafficant we get idiots like Capri and Tim Ryan in office and they in return bring our area down. So you are right without Trafficant our area is down. I'm sure you being a news reporter you know about Trafficant saving a helpless German mans life in Northeast Ohio.

There is no self responsibility out there in public institutions since the ACLU has taken it upon themselves to push there crazy agenda. THey would be the first, after they eliminate Christmas and free all the enemies of this country that want to blow us up, to stand up for forcing felons to live w/tuition paying kids that are looking to learn and enjoy the best 4 years of their lives. Its absurd.

You can't deny admittance but you can inform the tution paying kid of his surroundings, at least.
You really need to stop listening to Bill "I can't keep my hands to myself" O'Smilley, Slanthead Hannity and Rush to Oxycontin Limbaugh. lmfao

Ironically, this is exactly my criticism of Chicagoans, and you come through every time to prove me right.
Why don't you go sign up for some basic courses at Kendall/Loyala/DePaul so you can at least converse on this board with some level of compotence?
Painting with your Wagner Power Sprayer here I see with your comments about Chicago metro residents I see.

Allow me to posit that this sort of dishonest, divisive nonsense from the extreme right, which both you and Connerito parrot so well, is a big reason why you'll be staring up at a Democratic majority in both houses of Congress come January.
Yeah thats it. And your Michael Moore/Al Gore religous hating/Entitlement craving left is on target.

The people voted for conservative democratic congressmen not liberals ( except a few) for congress because the republicans lost control of spending games.

No, the voting public voted against an incompent, ignorant, arrogant neocon president and a resmuglican congress he used as his b itch, that didnt'thave the balls to do it's congression duty and reign the failure in chief in.

Now the fool is trumpeting the need for more troops on the ground which is exactly what General Shinseki wanted when the invastion was started. Shinseki was fired and his views have bourne out to be the correct one.

King George II still thinks he's in charge and pushes ridiculous ideas like this, he will not only get more US soldiers killed; he's going to kill his own political party.

I voted and all i got was this lousy puppet! :irate:

Not sure i have ever believed that bushie was actually in charge. To me, he has always seemed to be a figure head. I have no doubt who is actually pulling the strings in the administration...........

Go ahead and keep bithing about the Liberals and any other taget you feel like going after. While you do our treasury is being pillaged by corporate welfare and greed thinly veiled by so called moral values by those who grow fat off the backs of others. It has gotten to the point where they don't even hide it any more. Too many would prefer to force their will on others than address the underlying causes. C'mon politics aren't sports and you're not rooting for your favorite team. At what point did we stop thinking for ourselves??? 01-wingedeagle

It was a sad day when i realized the most trusted journalist in America was a comedian 03-weeping
