Can you give us some insight on Hollins since you've actually seen him?

Unfortunately, I have not seen him in play; I found his player profile on the Badger website. However, with the talent and the depth that Badger football has to offer I have to suspect that he was pretty good and had potential since he led their Scout Team.

I hope to see good things from him at stAte!!!!

I will ask the posters on the Badger football board for some insight on Devin. I suspect there are many that will remember him; I will ask them to post responses here. If they do not, we will . . . 03-cool

Well I posted on Badger Nation and Badger Plus OnLine and got about 70 views, but no one responded with any info on Devin. My post for BadgerManiac did not go through -- BUMMER!

Guess the Badger fans erased him from their memory banks when he left Madison :bang:

Re: Devin Hollins -- Former QB on Scout Team

I can't imagine anyone here can tell you too much since he never played a snap. He was always buried on the depth chart and didn't even receive signifcant snaps in the spring games.

There were a few references to him having a nice arm, but other than that, it is anybody's guess.

Hey Donald P -- From BigAppleBucky:

I believe he was offensive scout team player of the year
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
a couple of years ago.

Said to have been pretty athletic. Can't really add a lot to that. I do remember being a bit surprised when he left soon after.

Bollinger and Sorgi were pretty well established in front of him, so he'd of waited at least until this season to get a starting shot.

Good luck to him.

OK, there are a couple of positives in the Badger fan feedback so far -- has a nice arm, pretty athletic! I will take that

Thanks, Swamphound. Got some feedback from BostonBadger:

My understanding is that he was pretty prolific at the JC....obviously its a step up to AR state, so I'd say he'll have a lot to prove.
