Win this game and lose $15 million
This is the scenario for Nevada this weekend.

If they beat Boise State, they cost their conference $15 million, and themselves nearly $1.7 million.

What a great system we have!!!!!!!

lmfao What would happen if all the midmajor conferences started fixing their games so the best team in the conference could get to a BCS bowl? A situation like that should be a wake up call to the NCAA that the BCS system sucks and screws non-BCS conferences, but if such a scenerio were to play out, I'm sure the old system where non-BCS teams didn't even had a shot would be brought back.

I'd hate to be a game official
they will be under scrunity.

What Is At Stake In This Game
It makes you wonder if the officials have gotten any anonymous calls reminding them what is at stake in this game. How much does anyone want to bet that just about every close call will go in favor of Boise State except those that can't be disputed?

Goes to show how much the little guys want to get into the BCS party. It's like the treehouse with a sign that says no girls allowed, so girls dress up as guys to get in.

I disagree. However, the President, Athletic Director and members of the Board of Trustees probably have mixed emotions about it.
