CUSA would be lateral at best. But the talk of us going anywhere is ridiculous.
We're in the MAC and until major unforeseen changes happen in the CFB landscape, we'll stay in the MAC.

Frankly, I think the Missouri Valley would be a good fit for KSU basketball.

hate to go off topic but, i had the best seat and the house for rhs's field goal and was one of everyone on the riverside side of the stands that stormed the field. great day. riverside is goin to the playoffs baby!!!!
unfortunately we get ed's. oh yeah and this kid can't kick an extra point either. they always go for to when they get touchdowns because he's no good at short distance kicks.

off-topic seems to be the word of the day...
*snicker*
04-bow Good job, RHS. Personally, I was rooting for Chardon (RHS is our rival), but since we beat South and made the playoffs, too, I won't grumble.

...don't know who we play first.... 05-duck just glad it's not Saint Eds!
GO RIVERSIDE!
GO CHARDON!
GO KENT!!!!!

By the way, P2MFlashPM, your son is doing a hell of a job for the Flashes. I note his play is often called out ( for good reasons 04-bow ).

I hope he's enjoying the experience and Kent State.

P2M...Chardon gets to travel over to Kent Roosevelt! Good QB over there.

Here's the Region 5 bracket:

axeme ...im a hommie but cusa and the mac are not in the same level....cusa are in a road to building a top conf. in football and basketball ,in the short time that comf. has been together you have to see they have made huge progress, the mac seames to stay the same every year... i dont see much improvement ,and maybe the conf. board are satisfied with that..i love the mac anyway...but next time you see a CUSA in television look at the crowd is usally verry good.... now look at the last 6 games of the mac on tv,not so good ..that is the difference...a member of this post said that the camara angle on the mac games on tv was wrong and that is why it looks like there is not many fans there ...well im a big beliver in my eyes ..from any angle there are not many peaple going to mac football games no mater what the attendance figures tell you..the proof is always in the pudding..... lmfao ;-)

FlashFan: Here, I thought I was bein' all sly about which one was my kid...but the Chardon thing kinda gave it away, huh?
05-footinmouth
oops. It was weird seeing Schussler and Dave White right in front of me wearing green. I wanted to holler out TOP-per POW-er, and kept reminding myself that, whups, no, they are our opponents now.

I don't think my son knows about this website, so :shhh: mum's the word. I try to fly beneath his radar when I can. But, thanks for the compliments. He works hard, and more than being proud, I am just so happy he's getting to do what he loves to do: play football. It all still amazes me.

ohiovarsity: Thanks for the brackets! I hear Kent Roosevelt is a really decent team this year. One of my friends used to teach at the H.S. and she always used to talk their team up. I see Nordonia on the other end (argh, not Nordonia again...) I'm sure I'll be hearing a lot more about Roosevelt around town this week.

Rogers likes to sling the ball...he's a big kid...lots of power, good arm.

But, I like Chardon's defense...they took it to my Rebels on Friday (now Chardon is 1-1 when I'm at the game), and South has a wide-open spread offense.

Roosevelt's schedule was in question, so anything can happen (SEE Kent-OU for proof).

I think Chardon has a very good chance at pulling the upset looking at roosevelt's less than stellar schedule. best thing riverside could hope for was a blizzard and end up winning 2-0 on a safety lmfao lmfao lmfao
