 One of the local yocals called into WNSP morning show yesterday as I was passing through the room and mentioned something about our coach in regards to the Aubunn vacancy to be. I don't recall if he said a "young coach like John Pelphrey or specifically Coach Pelphrey" for the job at Awbunn.
I don't think he'd consider the job with all that they have to look forward to. I also don't think he's ready for that particular position nor has he proven himself yet.
I think he has five years left on his contract. What is the buy out? Does anyone know?

Your thoughts please??

John

We're safe. With his current record, Auburn would "lose the press conference" with a Pelphrey hire. If I were the Auburn administration, I'd look at the Troy State coach. The play an exciting, up-and-down game and have won almost 50 games the last two years with an NCAA and an NIT appearance.
