Bobcats offer Ohio wide receiver
Ohio offered Lakota East wide receiver Riley Dunlop.

Dunlop really burst on the scene after his performances at the adidas Camp at Notre Dame, Elite Skills Camp at Cleveland Browns Stadium and the Nike Camp at Ohio State.

OhioVarsity.com ranks him as the No. 6 wide receiver in the state.

The offer is his first, but it won't be his last.

I assume you don't offer a guy normally unless he is seriously interested in playing for you but I could be wrong.....
