Kent State won at Western 5-4. BG won at Eastern 5-3. Imagine it was a bit nippy in both locals today.

Toledo has also defeated 2 Big East and 1 Big Ten school this year. We beat Villanova and UCONN from the BE and then Penn State from the Big Ten. We still have games against Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame, and Michigan State yet. It would be nice to go undefeated against the Big Ten and Big East for a season.

I wish those games were against southern schools, i almost see at least the big ten equal to us in baseball, except for maybe Ohio State who made to the super regionals last year. Because they have the same problem we do. WINTER! While the southern schools practice and play all year round we have winter and can't.

Those overall records just show you the uphill climb the Northern teams have in baseball.
