Story of the game...

NIU tries a three, good!
NIU tries a three, good!
NIU tries a three, good!
NIU tries a three, good!
(repeat ad nauseum)

03-weeping

Down by something-teen at the half on the road... this one's pretty much in the books. Oh well, still went 4-1 in the West.

EMU takes sole possesion of the 11th seed with the win. UB, Ohio, and WMU can breath a little as the 9th seed falls 3 games back of UB and 4 behind WMU 6th and Ohio 5th on the loss side. BGSU, Toledo, and BSU in a fight for last home game spot and the 8th seed. KSU, Akron, Miami, and NIU are almost a lock for a home game or bye with 7 to go.

I give the Huskies credit too for not losing their focus because there were quite a few questionable calls by the refs. I'm at every home game and I've never seen the crowd and bench react that many times at calls. Our 3 point shooting was great, and on the other end out helpside defense was finally on the ball.
