Have not posted in a while but the lastest move but the Can't St faithful has inspired me once again. In the middle of all the bashing of UofA academics a Can't genius.........

1- Designs a shirt to try and mock a Zips slogan
2- Posts his email and gives out his phone number to take orders on a community board to set up "the secret purchase"
3- Realizes that the shirts are a copywrite infringement and has to redesign
4- Finally figures out that he is receiving calls from Zip fans (Hey genius, I would like to place an order for 5,000 shirts, make em' XXL!) The check is in the mail. ;-)

I don't need to participate in the daily banter, but things like this must be highlighted lmfao

Ticket to Kent game $6
4000 t-shirts $3000
Cell Phone bill $600
Sitting in a freezing parking lot with 5000 unsold XXL shirts..................priceless!

you didn't even mention what they are putting on the shirts. lmfao

The "SCREW THE ROO" thing really bugs you guys. What you're REALLY mad about is how fast the shirts are selling and how other MAC teams are picking up on the slogan. In reference to brilliant, how many people would NOT have known about SCREW THE ROO shirts being available for sale until your post?

Besaides, it's not just any a$$ on the shirt, it's a special salute to Akron.

Yeah, Screw the Roo is really taking off. I mean they are selling thousands upon thousands of shirts. They can't keep them in stock. Its all over the news how big Screw the Roo has become. The Beacon Journal, The Plain Dealer, The Repository, even the Elyria Chronicle has been running nice big stories on Screw the Roo.


Ohh, wait, yeah, thats right. That wasn't Screw the Roo. It was FEAR THE ROO! Sorry, my bad.

Akron fans should be happy with all of this attention they have been getting lately. It means your finally WINNING in hoops. When your at or near the top of the standings people want to knock you off the pedestal. Enjoy it. It's a long season.

It does'nt bother us. It's nice to know you are always thinking about us, promoting the whole ROO thing, and looking for ways to get an advantage by wearing t-shirts.

Is it true that KSU will not announce it's Division III caliber recruiting class today? Nice work Dougie - hope Jim Young's assistance from out of the football mainstream elevates the FLUSH program to a single 1-A win next season.
