As of today, I think the West is the best.

I agree. Minus a couple of games, the West seems to be better so far.

West is 9-4 vs the East

5 games remain between the divisions:
Ohio vs Toledo
BGSU vs Toledo
WMich vs KentSt
EMich vs Buffalo
BallSt vs Akron

At this moment, I would assume the West would be favored in 4 of those 5 contests (BallSt vs Akron the lone exception). Unless there are some upsets, this isn't much of a debate at this point.

Somebody at least throw the East a pity vote.

The west is stronger--we don't need a poll for that.

It will be the opposite in basketball season when the top 4 teams may be from the east.

The East has Buffalo.....nuff said. Toss in Kent State and whoa.

2 really bad teams in the East, only one really bad one in the west, that's enough to tip the scales, in my opinion.

I was going to mention that too. It is weird how the conference is so unbalanced in both sports. I'm just glad that in Ohio, football is king and also glad that the Rockets are the strongest in the real sport.
