We Temple fans would be thrilled with 7-5. We haven't been above .500 in about 15 years or so. Any wins are heaven to us now. Our President has tried to kill football, but maybe the Board of Trustees is finally going to step in and get us moving in the right direction.

Hiring Rick Neuheisel would go a long way toward resurrecting the program.

He's not so bad and he's turning heads now. I mean you had to squeak out a one point overtime win against what amounts to a JV team against him.

Listened to a couple of reporters from Colorado and Washington talk about him on the radio this spring. Both said that his biggest problem was that he could not recruit. He had no eye for talent. He picked players based on clippings and not talent. His recruiting is the reason Washington is so bad. I remember thinking how funny it was, since everyone believes that he is such a great recruiter.
