Kent's running game was doing very well. What kind of passing game will we see in Columbus next week?

Good job, Flashes! Nice departure from the days of losing to Youngstown State, eh? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />

Umm, for New Hampshire playing their first D-1 football game ever, I think Kent should have won by a bigger margin.
But a win is a win I guess.

Ummm, nice work by the zippers in giving up 50+ to Iowa with your vaunted defense. See you in November...

So.....how many will the Buckeyes hang on Kent......50........60.......70 ?
Well, they won't, because the 2nd half will mostly be 2nd and 3rd teamers by OSU. Kent will score some meaningless 2nd half points. Enjoy the game.
Tell Joshua to wear some extra pads for his meetings with Will Smith, Doss et al.

Have you seen KSU play? Do you have any idea what their capabilities are? Or, are you just spouting typical Buckeye superiority crap?
I acknowledge that KSU will lose. However, it will be more of a game than some think...
P.S. OSU had better be ready for Cribbs, because he is better than advertised!

Flash,
Man, don't give in to that stuff yet! Have faith in your team! I know people everywhere expect OSU to win by 70 but you never know...and I mean that! Regardless of Kent's first opponent, the Flashes had some big positives from the game.
If Cribbs can get loose and make some plays, it may open up other things...it's why the games are played. I'll be rooting for y'all!
GO BG!! GO MAC!!

I figure Kent State will give Ohio State a better game than Texas Tech only because they have a game under their belt and mostly because most of the Kent kids grew up dreaming of playing for OSU and will have something to prove. It seems like every time Ohio State plays an Ohio team, that team plays with the greatest intensity they will show all year because they have something to prove. BTW: TT wasn't as bad a team as they appeared but some games nothing seems to work. Texas Tech was 7 & 5 last year and returned 18 starters so they were expected to be improved this year.

Agree to KBUCKEY comments; I think the Flashes will go in with good intensity and a something to prove attitude. Thats how it should be!!
Typically the Flashes have not had good intensity against the bigger conference teams, I'm hoping that this game will show if the Kent program can take it up a notch and compete with the bigger programs.
Lets see......The Bucks are ranked 9th right now, 2nd only to Michigan of Big Ten schools. I'm sure Tressell won't let his team think past the Kent game; the Bucks will come out with a "Take care of business" attitude. It will be intersesting to see if the Flashes can come in and handle the intensity level. I saw the Bucks against T. Tech, and they looked like a much improved team over last years team (which was a good Big Ten team).

I customized my post to you similar to your post to AkronObsessed. Go back and read yours. If you don't like smack, quit talkin' it.
Everything I posted will occur. Just watch the game for confirmation.
I've seen Cribbs...alot like Randle El. I expect OSU will handle JC the same way they've taken care of ARE. JC is better than advertised against MAC D. OSU D will be much tougher and faster than he has seen on a weekly basis.
Go Bucks
