I wrote earlier before the season came and said that my cousin and i built a field goal to kick through while tailgating. i'm disappointed no one from this forum came to kick. i always wear my corndog jersey. it's a hit with the baseball team. and we also hit a middle tennessee person's avalanche. i guess comiskey needs to give us some pointers. but come give it a try for homecoming. it's up at 9am and on the north endzone area by the big scoreboard. you're missing out!!

I'll try to amble up that way the next game. We usually do the tailgate thing in the SW area. I've not been to a home game yet, but I have been to all the away games & will be in El Paso tomorow.

What time does it come down? I had to work until 5pm last home game (vs MT) and walked that way with my family when we got there (right before the game) and did not see it, but then again I was trying to hurry and get into the game. I am off the Saturday of HC and will look for the goal and the guy in the corndog shirt. How far back can FG's be kicked on this thing? 20, 30, 40 yards? I use to be pretty good, now  ??

we usually kick at THE LONGEST 40 yards depending if you have the leg and the accuracy. I don't. But, makes you have a newfound respect for the kickers.

I could prlly kick a 40 yarder if i tried. I played soccer for years when i was younger, and used to be able to put a chip shot on someones foot about 30 yards down the field. I really do wanna take a whack at it.
