We're excited about having Stan Heath here at Arkansas.
What a lot of HOG fans want to know is the style of tempo he plays usually? Most HOG fans are used to up-tempo, frantic style (40 mins of hell, or last year.. 40 mins of hell to watch)..and we're all interested in Heath and his tempo.
Reply here or the Arkansas board if you can.
Thanks a lot

When Arkansas took Heath, especially at the price, they took a great risk. Heath basically has no multi-year record. He inherited a team that was recruited 5 years ago to be very good 5 years later. They are called development players. Our team became better than expected sooner than expected by good chemistry and depth. Do not get me wrong. Heath added to the picture by adding a structure to the team that allowed it to go to another level. He, in his one year, did very well with the program. HOw many MAC teams almost goes to the final four.
Hog fans will have to give Heath time. He can not and will not coach the usually Arkansas athlete. He will bring smarter players who may have to win some games by making fewer mistakes rather than using pure athletic ability. This is a way of saying that Stan does coach. He must understand what his players are doing in order to be in control -- and he will be in control. Let us talk in 4 years. <img border="0" alt="[wave]" title="" src="graemlins/wave.gif" />
