I had the misfortune of sitting through the entire debacle last night at Rynearson Stadium. How pathetic...a 52 point loss in the team's conference/home opener to a rebuilding Toldedo team. The team was deficient in all areas of the game: offense/defense/special teams. Poor tackling, blown coverages, missed XP and 2 FG's.

This team is poorly coached and the coaching staff cannot judge talent or make a decision. How many times are we gonna flip flop at QB again this year? Why not throw downfield more and not wait until we are down by 30 points?

It is time for Woodruff and his staff to either resign or get the boot. If AD Diles won't do it, then maybe it's time for him to go as well as he has overseen the complete collapse of EMU's FB and BB teams by bringing in inferior, ill-equipped coaches to run these programs. Look on the bright side, about the only championship you will ever see in that stadium will be from the EMU track & field team (hence, last year). Perhaps they can grab some of the track people to join the football squad.
