I remember Blackney initiated this his first year @ BG - 1991.

As I recall, a majority of the football players were found at McDonald Quad. At that time, McDonald was an all female freshmen dorm. It was known as the "Virgin Vault"......well, for the first two weeks of classes at least.

...most likely as janitors. There seems to be a good training program for that at Marshall.
