You guys really won, so let's just leave it at that. The refs were not about to let you win.

Humm, the refs missed a UCF interception during the Marshall game that would have placed us on their 30. Do we see a pattern here???

Typical non-response...just attack with something unrelated and unreasonable. Miami won that game. Herd fans just confirm everyone's opinion of them by trying to argue the point (or avoid it).

No, really, Miami did win that game. Or, more accurately, had the officials not made a concerted effort to give the game to Marshall, Miami would have won. How any Herd fans can "celebrate" a win like that is beyond me.

Lets see.

Score a touchdown with five seconds to go, with your backup quarterback, to beat Miami, and escape a loss that would have cost you any shot at the MAC East, not to mention the MACC.

Heavens no, we should be in mourning.

I am just glad we can be of service to you Oddball. Really.
I would hate to see what would happen if you didn't have such an easy target to vent your frustrations over your lack of self worth.

As for answering his question with facts or deflecting, I think the question is faulty. Because the scoreboard says Marshall won. And that is all that matters.

It is all a conspiracy. You see, the MAC has already made a deal to have the MACC in Huntington. ESPN has told the MAC they will not televise the game unless Marshall is in it, and wins.
The officials were changed during the last minute of the game, and all of the zebras were former Marshall football players.

It is nice to know we carry so much clout with a national television station and the MAC office that we can arrange a Kennedyesque conspiracy like that.

Yes, it's a pattern that us MAC fans have been seeing since Marshall joined the conference 6 years ago.

Stick around UCF and you'll see more and more bullsh1t that goes on out of Huntington.

Marshall fans should be happy with the win, but they sure as hell better not gloat about it. They may have finished with more points, but they didn't win the game it was given to them by the ref's. That was not pass interfence and to make that call on 4th down was pathetic. It will be interesting to see what if anything will happen to that officiating crew.

Now we will have to hear for the rest of the year how Marshall always wins the games that count blah, blah, blah, blah(of course the Akron game didn't count because they knew they were going to win this game - hmm maybe a key component of winning the games that count is to have the officials in your pocket ) 03-lol

Wow, what an insightful response. You have inspired me and given me a new calling in life(I already have the required eyesight). I think I will take your advice and enroll in the nearest officiating school(maybe I can replace the officials that should be fired for those calls). I heard I mean herd there is one just down the street from me.

As for your other advice - that's pretty good as well I think I will drink a few tonight. Sorry, I forgot that I don't see everything through green glasses so I must be whining. Which by the way seems to be the typical heard I mean herd response.

Thanks, I am forever in your debt your new friend Rocketalum.
