Great all around effort.
Some observations:
-I've got a feeling Haynes is going to be great. It was only an exhibation, but he looked totally comfortable in only his second game, he's going to be a real leader down the road.
-Gates's shot looked a little rusty, but he, along with Gerwig look ready to go at it again
-Edwards could be a huge factor if he could finish more often.
-Haut needs to step up a little if he's ever going to more than a role player.

I was completely impressed with the potential of this team. We will suprise again. Haynes is already destined for the Conference all freshman team. The problem may be that Coach Christian may have too many real players . I see wholesale substitutions and running the opponents to death. What about the players who did not dress. They are not chopped liver. How do we get some of the BB success over to the FB program.

I agree, GF. This is a much better team than people on the outside think.
PD picked us 6th?? This is no middle of the pack MAC team. Far from it.
FMF--I agree about Haut but we need him to help open the inside. A good 3 pt guy like him is indispensible in opening the backside down, and we will have some real strength there. Even if he has to spot his three a bit too much, he is very dangerous with it. Other liabilities, I know...
