The latest weather forecast for the UT/BG football game is:

Temperature around 25 degrees.
2 inches of snow during the day with snow showers during the game.
30-40 MPH winds.

This might be a lower scoring game than most thought. I think a good running game and a good short passing game will be the difference. It will be tough to throw the ball downfield in the wind. Don't expect long field goals either. Punts could be interesting as well.

The weather may play a big part in this one. 40 mph winds could wreak alot of havoc on the gameplans.

I think I read somewhere that Bratton (Not sure of the spelling) may be back this week for Toledo. Any Rocket fans know about this?

He overcame alot just to play this year. I hope he makes it back to finish the season.

If the weather is going to be that poor, I think the BG offense will be Harris left, Harris right, Harris up the middle. Hey! We Win!!!

I would keep an eye out for two of our backs, PJ Pope and Martez Johnson. Johnson is really coming on and PJ is the kind of very tough straight ahead runner with some moves that can thrive in poor weather.

I can't recall a year that I was looking forward to this game more than this one. Good luck Rockettes! I think it's a damn shame that only 30,000 or so people are going to see one of the better games in college football this year. I am damn glad I'm one of them though

Bratton will dress, but will be a game-time decision on whether he will play. Trinity Dawson is starting at tailback again.

Also, I forgot to mention that the wind chill is supposed to be 0 or below 0 at gametime!

Right now the wind isn't too bad and it's relatively warm, but the temp's supposed to drop all day and the winds are supposed to pick up, and they're still saying 1-2" by this evening. Hope they salted the field :D

Bratton is listed as questionable for tonight's game, but it's possible he'll play. My guess, and that's all it is, is that he'll get in no matter what. It's his last home game, it's Senior night, and he's the toughest SOB to ever play the game. He may only get one carry, but he'll play. 04-bow

He'll play.
You can't keep him out of the biggest and maybe last game of the year .
He may not have a big role in the outcome but he will play.
Maybe a few carries.
I wish him luck.
