BC has been in bowl games the last three seasons. Compare the attendance of their bowl games to the Motor City Bowl attendance those same three years.

Good points, Stick, but for some reason some years the MCB reported ticket sales and other years (like last year) reported actual attendance. the 44K was correct for last year's game, but the year before for UC-Herd the actual attendance was only 26K according to the Detroit newspapers.

For those of you who aren't all that familiar with BC as a institution, let me clue you in. There's major attitude coming out of there. Many alums and fans are pompous and arrogant. They're into status. They're blue blood wannabes. Expect them to look down on the MAC, this bowl game, Detroit, and the Rockets. Anything short of meeting Notre Dame in the Fiesta Bowl would have been beneath them. Ignore the put-downs and the ignorance....and then systematically destroy them at Ford Field. GO ROCKETS!!

BC being from the Big East will come in with the attitude that half of the battle is won just by being in the Big East, much like BYU did when they came to the MCB to play Marshall, and BYU was handed their fanny to them by THE HERD. The MAC is not all that well known, and if anyone does know anything about it then it is Marshall that they are more familiar with.BC in all likelyhood is overlooking Toledo, after seeing the Rockets in the MACC game, there are enough weapons to defeat a team that comes into a game against Toledo thinking that they can show up and not have any major problems. This game will be closer than many others think or at least has the distinct possibility of being close, if so Toledo wins, if not then BC could turn it into a route.

Again, BC and their snooty fans are a joke! They won't bring any fans, and then will deride the MCB for being a lousy bowl. The only satisfaction we can take is if the Rockets hammer them, which is exactly what I predict.
