In honor of this remarkable development, Odd will wait three weeks -- rather than his standard two -- before complaining that the guy has his head up his ****** on policy matters.

He has a law degree. Why wait?

What the hell does that flame against Oddball have to do with the original thread? Stick to the subject, please, and stop reinforcing the reason why many MAC fans hate and stereotype Marshall fans.

There....I erased it for you. Now you don't have to write what you want me to say. You can cater to some, and change the posts of others.

What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TS didn't request Herdon to shut up. He simply asked him to stick to the topic. The only one who suggested any shutting up was, tuh-duh........Herdon.

He can smack away as far as I'm concerned, but Oddball's comeback was funny. That is the real difference IMO. PS I am the last person to defend the drivel coming outta the rust belt and Amy is just on "ignore" cause she has little to offer other than being OB's cheerleader. Too bad I won't see the response to that 03-lol

I don't care what they think of us but I know what I don't want to read.

Hey Hardon,

The softness of your muscles is exceeded by the hardness of your arteries.

Man, they'll let you do anything in study hall at HHS, won't they?

Hey, here's an idea...if you don't want to read someone's posts, click on "ignore" on the bottom, left-hand side of your screen when you view their message.

And, by the way, MUther hit the nail on the head. I'm not telling anyone to shut up...It's a free country. All I asked was to not CREATE a flame war...If you are flamed, then, by all means, have at it...

Dodo,
So what is this? It seems like "1984" by George Orwell (sp).
I guess being a moderator allows you to type in whatever it is you want me to say. Maybe you should just erase my post instead of changing my words, That's pure BS!!!!

03-puke

Like the above post states...."It's a free country" so erase my posts if you don't like what I say.....don't change the words around to suit your needs. That pisses me off!

PS. I went back and erased my earlier post. That makes it easier on you Dodo. That way you can't misquote me or anything.

Why would the moderator edit someone's post?
Particulars, please?

And, HF4L, "95%" don't stereotype all things Marshall. Most have the ability to distinguish between posters, I would guess.
I find a lot of the UT-Herd discussions dull and dull-witted, adolescent, repetitive, narrow-viewed, repetitive, redundent, and they say the same things over and over again. In short they are boring so I skip over much of it. There are some of these same posters who sometimes have interesting and/or humorous things to say, usually not about the other school. There are some who never do. Some people just like to argue all the time.

You might want to try reading the <a href='http://www.ncaabbs.com/forums/mac/invision/index.php?act=ST&f=1&t=778&s=74238647af6e3313d6e04a82d57cdcff' target='_blank'>Acceptable Use Policy</a>. It should give you some insight onto why your post was edited.

I could have just deleted it, but I wanted to keep the content of your message.

If you don't want your posts edited or deleted, abide by the AUP.

If you don't like the AUP, don't post.

You obviously weren't around during the times when we had to move the board time after time because it turned into nothing but flame wars. If you want an unfettered flame-fest, go to the Michigan Live board. You can swear and make personal attacks all you want over there.

If you want me to abide by the AUP, please don't single me out as the only person you want to use it.

My post was rather tame compared to some on here. Don't let the moderator status go to your head.

Be fair about it....if that's possible.
