Alright, quick little fun poll....Will Kent State go undefeated before they begin MAC play? I know it's a stretch but I'd like to see what you all think! 04-cheers

I'd be very happy with 3-1 for these next four games away from the MACC.
Cleve. St. is a must win.
Tenn-Chatt. is a tough trip--they've won at Bradley and Ill.St. and play a decent OOC sched.--UC later on, for example.
BC at the Gund should be good one. Tough opp. Threw 105 on St. Bonnie!
St. Bonaventure--lost by 9 to 'Bama over the weekend, lost by 9 @ BC last week (105-96!). We are kicking off a 3-game run at the end of the month they have vs. the MAC. Us and UT at home, then they travel to Athens.
We would not be considered favorites by Vegas in any of those last three game. All div. I road wins are good. If we skate through undefeated, that would far exceed anyone's expectations--even if you thought we would be very good by season's end, who would have guessed 8-0 in October?
So--4-4 would be depressing, 5-3 would let us know we need too toughen up on the road, 6-2 would be about right for this team, 7-1, great, and 8-0, spectacular!

04-cheers

You have a chance. It's not the best team that wins, it's the team that plays best wins.

AXE, I think you're right on with your analogy....would love to see them go 8-0 non-conference but I'm far from expecting it...i agree, St. Bonnie and Chattanooga will be tough road games.....I"m just glad Bremer graduated last year (from St. Bonnie)! Boston College would be a great win!
