Saw this list on CFN. It is a list of players who sat out last year due to injuries or other issues and are coming back this year.
The MAC list:
First Team:
T Dennis Thompson, Ohio. Ohio lost a number of players last year, but none more critical than Thompson, a key cog in the Bobcats' ground-oriented attack. The former starting guard missed ten games in 2002 due to a broken leg. He steered clear of contact this spring, but should be ready to regain his starting position in August.
Honorable Mention:
RB David Alston, Kent State. Alston, an All-MAC selection in 2001, sat out the final eight games last year with a lingering ankle injury. The Flashes need him to be healthy to take some heat off nimble quarterback Joshua Cribbs.
WR P.J. Fleck, Northern Illinois. When Fleck went down with a hamstring injury last September, the Huskies lost their best receiver and one of their most vocal leaders. He caught 59 passes for 732 yards and five touchdowns in 2001.
TE Craig Jarrett, Bowling Green. One of three Falcon captains for the upcoming season, Jarrett missed most of 2002 after undergoing major knee surgery. He maintains a 4.0 GPA with a double major in biology and chemistry.

Or more importantly for the Huskies - FS Lionel Hickenbottom, who played all of about 5 plays last year. Kid is a stud, fast as hell and will hit the heck out of you (ask Illinois' RBs).

We'll be getting back OL Andrew Hart, who went down with a second knee injury in the Missouri game and was never able to come back.

Let me add to the list with the CMU contingent:
WRs: Scott Gibson, Obed Cetoute-Genaille, Willie Hill (three of our fastest)
RB: Terrance Jackson (missed half the season and was never 100% due to preseason foot and ankle injuries).
QB: Jeff Perry (was rehabbing a knee injury and is the current frontrunner)
CB: Rich Kiel (talented but often-injured )

Junior center Eric Weber returns this season. He started every game as a red shirt freshman only to be lost for all of last season with a shoulder injury. He was a preseason All MAC candidate before being lost for the entire 2002 season.
