Well, I have been an observer to this baord for a few months now and the excitement of the upcoming football season has finally prompted me to join in. So, "hello" to all of you out there. I'm sure we will get to know each other quite well in the months to come.

Thank you axeme and The Flash. I played ball at Kent from '95 to '99 and still have many strong contacts within the athletic department. Hopefully I will be able to add some valuble insight... Or at least I will try.

Welcome, punt16. As the Flash and axeme said; greater participation is great. There are occasional opinions expressed here about the Athletic department here, in particular public promotion of Flashes' teams, so I hope in advance we don't offend you. Consider it the zeal of the Flash converted wanting to spread the word.

Worry not, no offense would ever be taken. If there was one thing that used to frustrate us as players at Kent, it was the marketing department (or lack there of).
This should be a fun and exciting season. I can't wait to get things rollin'.
