Wasn't a tie.
Don't need a poll.
Given the home field advantage, game was actually more decisive than the score.
And you did lose last week, didn't you? Comparing losses is a loser's sport.
You have at least a two game advantage this year due to scheduling--(and I don't begrudge you that, it works out that way sometimes and I wish you luck with it): EMU and Cal Poly to our BG and Penn State. The rest of our schedules are even: Ball--CMU, Wisc.--Pitt, UCONN-UCONN. If our teams are "virtually even", you should have a better record this year. You could see that when the schedules came out. That's also why game #1 was so important for both teams. Both teams gave it everything they had and it was one of the great games in our series' history. One team made big play after big play on both sides of the line when it had to when the game was on the line and one team did not.

And do you know how ridiculous this sounds?
Maybe Marshall can say this, maybe Miami of Ohio. But, uh, when was the last time you even had a winning MAC record? WE'VE even had one since then!
Quote:Good luck w/YSU, #3 in the battle for NE Ohio.
Thank you! It's a shame you didn't schedule them instead of Howard. Then you could playoff next week for 2nd and 3rd.
Hope you fill it up today vs. EMU! :D
