When do betting lines come out?

I don't bet on sports, but I'm curious to see if Toledo and NIU are favored this week. This would show that we have truely changed our perception. I know at the beginning of the year, both UT and NIU would have been underdogs against ISU and Cuse.

Toledo gets 3.5, not bad. N Illinois is giving 6.5. They have it listed as Illinois though without the N. That's not too bad. I bet that changes before the weekend, though.
