NO! Rutgers denied permission to tOAMu to speak with Waters and he said that he wasn't interested. They must think that they have something good happening at Rutgers.

According to the PD, tOAMu doesn't listen very well and called Waters anyway. He is saying no publicly, but the PD says he is considering it.
