Let C-USA pick all they want. Any teams leaving can leave a few hundred thousand each for exit fees. Their new replacements can give us a few hundred thousand each for entry fees. We can all spit up the money, and enjoy loads of great conversations speculating on who will be the replacements. Sounds great to me. I love it! :D
