Haldi and Turner both made brief appearances.

I saw a great segment on ESPN this morning. Seems Cindy Crawford is from DeKalb and a Northwestern alum. They had video messages from players, Coach Novak and DeKalb residents (including Cindy's mother) begging their famous native to come home and see the Huskies play live and in person.

The one NIU player was actually a pretty good actor. Did a great job of delivering his lines. But the whole segment was probably close to five minutes long. Good Stuff!!! Great coverage for NIU. Congrats!

Cindy is not a graduate of N'W. She did enroll as a Chem E. major, but she never graduated to the best of my knowledge. So she is an alumna in that sense of the word.

The report stated she attended school there. My bad assuming she graduated. Although, not having degree certainly didn't hurt her none. :D

Haldi wasn't in the piece. WR PJ Fleck was the "actor". He was also the one singing Respect particularly badly last week. If isn't a salesman or a politician after graduating, I'll be very surprised.
