Needless to say, most of us are pretty excited about this whole deal. Being honest, MAC schools aren't used to being the center of attention like this... Natl.TV - 2 ranked schools.. Gameday etc. Let's hope we keep up the Ohio tradition of excellent football and take care of NIU...it's not going to be easy since we've got a couple of LB's dinged up..and Michael Turner is a heckuva RB! :chair:

Thanks for the kind words. Everyone I have talked to is so excited for this game. One of the players mom's was saying that even with Game Day coming and everything, that the players have been able to stay focused on the game and what they need to do to win. We have a serious score to settle with NIU because we were undefeated last year until we came into Northern Illinois and now that they are undefeated we want to return the favor. Should be a great game.

Thanks from me as well! That OSU loss was a toughie but this is the game we need to win the most. NIU is coming into our Nest and ESPN will be all over the place.
At least for one day, the college football world revolves around the MAC and that is thanks to not only BG and NIU, but Miami, Marshall, Toledo and the other schools that have been highly successful recently.
